Pleasant staff, great scuba training, nearby friendly businesses, good food, convenient shuttle service, clean rooms with hot water.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We loved the tranquil setting of this hotel, nestled in what reminded me of a lush rainforest. The location was perfect, with the Embarcadero ferry to Isla Mujeres just a stone's throw away. It was also conveniently located, with a 10-minute drive to downtown and a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness of the room was really good.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cancun that exceeded my expectations. the value for money was fantastic. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail displayed throughout the hotel. The location was also a highlight, situated on the lagoon and surrounded by mature gardens that gave the impression of being in a tropical rainforest. Additionally, being located on the marina with yachts added an extra touch of luxury to the experience. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with their friendly and helpful attitude making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained, and the effective air conditioning ensured a comfortable environment, especially during the hot summer days. The availability of toiletries was also a nice touch. Lastly, the inclusive breakfast, while lacking flavor in some dishes, did offer a delicious marmalade that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Great location in a tourist area with beautiful tropical plants all around. The hotel has a lovely tropical garden with a pool and a restaurant serving delicious Mexican food all day. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful, and the shower had great water pressure with hot water. I had a good value for money experience at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable at this hidden gem. The hotel restaurant offered delicious yet affordable food, perfect for our budget. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, giving us the energy we needed for our daily plans. The unique exterior of the hotel building, surrounded by lush trees, created a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
